Description/Objective
Support for the non-economic activity of Multi-focused Technology Centres and Cooperative Research Centres (CICs) of the Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network (RVCTI), assigning them funding by evaluating and analysing the results of their activity at a global level.

Description/Objective
Aid for environmental investments, studies and advisory services, including aid for the remediation of contaminated land when the responsible party cannot be identified. Investments should be aimed at going beyond EU environmental protection standards or increasing the level of protection in the absence of standards.
Beneficiaries
Individuals or legal entities of a private nature engaged in industrial, commercial or service activities, whether for profit or not, as well as associations formed by them and joint ventures. In the case of aid for environmental consulting services, it is exclusively for SMEs.

Description/Objective
Develop innovative eco-design, circular economy and strategic eco-innovation projects in industrial companies to mitigate Greenhouse Gas emissions, reduce raw material consumption and waste disposal, generate sustainable business activities and consolidate inter-company collaborations related to the circular economy.
Beneficiaries
Private companies, preferably from the industrial sector, as well as advanced repair services and other services related to the industrial sector, will be eligible for aid as promoters and partners. In order to achieve maximum applicability of the results, members of the Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network as well as Basque consulting firms may be partners or subcontractors of a project, but may not be project promoters.

Description/Objective
Promote the circular economy plan Basque Country 2030 through the application of market tools and recognised methodologies aimed at improving sustainable competitive value, facilitating the transition of SMEs to more circular business models.
It finances the development of projects that respond to a specific instrument of the Basque Green Deal environmental policy, combining individual work and group learning led by intermediate agents.
Projects may address the identification of circular opportunities, the application of the life cycle approach and market differentiation, the anticipation of new circular regulations, reputational improvement and sustainability of the value chain or the implementation of new circular strategies in products and services.
