INTELLIWELD is a global digital solution to ensure the quality of the welding processes based on the real-time status monitoring of the critical process variables and the geometric characteristics of the union by means of profilometry.
The combined analysis of process data and inspection data during the welding allows differences between workpieces, errors and defects, and their causes, to be detected automatically, rapidly and precisely. This leads to more robust and productive process, fewer rejects and optimised consumption.
