ORBIK: cybersecurity solutions for equipment with embedded electronics

Vertical: Smart Industry

Project description

ORBIK was set up to complement and strengthen the powerful Basque cybersecurity ecosystem, by covering a regulatory and technological need that sometimes has to be contracted abroad. Its aim is to offer the industry an external seal that certifies that its products are cybersecure as per the most demanding international cybersecurity standards.  It therefore conducts cybersecurity assessments to detect and monitor product vulnerabilities.  It is based on the know-how and the prior experience of the Ikerlan technology centre.  It is the only initiative in Spain whose service is aimed at European industrial manufacturers of electronic equipment.
